Job Description:

As an Entry level Sales Trainee, you will play a vital role in the execution of our sales programs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with our customer service and sales teams, utilizing your excellent interpersonal skills to engage consumers, build relationships, and establish trust. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers with the sales process by recommending products and services best suited to their needs
• Actively engage customers using consultative techniques and active-listening skills to identify their needs and concerns
• Proactively monitoring and addressing product and service feedback and complaints, providing valuable insights to enhance client offerings
• Contributing to the development of training materials for employees, ensuring they stay updated with product information, compliance, and promotions.
• Directly interacting with local customers to drive brand awareness, create sales opportunities, and expand market share for our clients.

Requirements for the Entry Level Sales Trainee:

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial team environment
• Familiarity with fundamental marketing and sales techniques, as well as effective communication strategies
• Proven ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues

Education & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
• Previous experience working directly with clients or customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High energy, self-motivated, and a team player with a dynamic personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
