In this role, the Account Executive acts as the liaison between our healthcare providers and different educational institutions to aid in the placement of qualified candidates within these facilities. It is a blend of sales and recruiting, with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships.
Daily Responsibilities:
Build and engage with a candidate pipeline of new or existing healthcare professionals to introduce job opportunities and develop quality relationships
Utilize different sourcing methods of referrals, job postings, social media platforms, a company provided database, etc. get creative!
Collaborate with our partnered institutions to obtain job orders and details, provide qualified and screened candidates, and coordinate candidates activity
Pitch and sell our staffing services to institutions to build rapport and gain new clients
Collaborate with our diverse team of professionals on deals
Plan and organize your daily sales call activities to optimize the use of time and meet quotas
Skills and Qualifications We Are Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
Sales or hospitality experience
