Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Reach out to prospective customers through various channels such as telemarketing, door-to-door visits, and networking events
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Experience in telemarketing, fundraising, or door-to-door sales is a plus
- Ability to supervise and train junior sales representatives is an asset
