JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a reputable leader in the fire suppression and fire detection industry, United Fire Equipment Company is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Associate and Scheduler. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our front counter sales, assisting customers with their fire safety equipment needs, and scheduling fire safety inspections for our service department. The right candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to fire departments, industrial establishments and businesses throughout southern Arizona. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:.

• Greet and assist customers at the front counter with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate and schedule fire safety inspections in collaboration with the service department.
• Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain an organized schedule and communicate effectively with service technicians.
• Prepare customer quotes and invoices.
• Educate and solicit customers on all products and services available by United Fire Equipment Company.
• Maintain the showroom in a clean, neat and orderly fashion.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Day shift

• High school diploma
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
• 2+ years experience in customer service or retail
• Scheduling experience a plus.
• Able to regularly move and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and sit.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment.
• Technical knowledge, specifically in Google and Microsoft products including Microsoft Windows and CRM platforms.
