Wyman Builders, a highly respected, 5 STAR RATED home remodeling company is seeking a qualified designer/ salesperson to become an important part of our team on a full-time basis. We specialize in design build, so your ability to guide the client in every aspect of the project is essential. Considerable experience in residential remodeling is an absolute must. Design abilities must include kitchens, bathrooms and complete interior floor planning and renovation. Construction knowledge of interior spaces is a must. The ability to compile a thorough estimate of the proposed cost of a project, using our estimating software, is also a requirement. Familiarity with 20/20 design software is a MUST.

Our projects range in price from $30,000 to upwards of $250,000. Your sales ability must be commensurate with dealing with that level of client. You must have the ability to build confidence with the clients and demonstrate the value of our services to them. You must provide a proven track record of closing sales in the range of $1.5 million annually.

Compensation is: a base salary plus Draw vs Commission A benefit package is earned after 90 days including health plan, 401K, PTO and Vacation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
