Paramount Lead Solutions is a leader in the automotive industry, providing innovative lead generation, lead conversion, marketing, web solutions and more to auto manufacturers, groups and dealerships across the country. We help dealerships sell cars - simply and effectively.

As part of our Inside Sales & Marketing Representative position, you'll undergo rigorous training in sales and marketing to help you succeed within Paramount or before being placed full-time at one of our dealership clients as a BDC Representative or BDC Manager. You will start by learning the basics of the automotive industry and sales from day one, progressing through various roles with increasing responsibility over the course of three months. Our senior staff will mentor you one-on-one, providing daily training to mold you into the best version of yourself. Pay: $33,280.00 - $60,000.00 per year
