Exciting sales opportunity in the employee benefits insurance industry serving churches and ministries. In this role you will build a new book of business by leveraging thousands of the agencys current church and faith-based non-profit clients. Successful employee benefits sales experience, ideally working for an Insurance Retail Agency or Company, is necessary to apply for this opportunity.
Our ideal candidate has:

- Possesses exceptional relational skills and a desire to build strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Has at least 2 years of success selling employee benefits
- A current Life/Health agent license
You must be:
- An ambitious self-starter with a faith testimony
- Able to work remotely and conduct field prospecting, sales, and service calls daily
- A hunter with the ability to establish rapport and build new relationships
- Detail oriented and receptive to coaching
- Comfortable to being held accountable to performance goals
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Motivated to help others
To the qualified insurance producer, we offer:
- Base salary, new and renewal client commissions, plus a quarterly bonus

Income: $55,000 - $60,000 base depending on experience
Job Summary:
The candidate will report directly to the Managing Partner of American Church Group - Washington and will be responsible for generating employee benefit sales with current church and non-profit clients via phone calls, personal visits and attending events. You will also have an opportunity to sell employee benefits to new clients.
You will be accountable for prospecting activity metrics and performance against sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
You will also help with marketing efforts by keeping abreast of and reporting on industry trends, competition, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or high school degree with equivalent business/work experience
- Two or more years success in sales, preferably in employee benefits insurance
- A current Life/Health agents license will be required once hired
- Prior experience as a volunteer or employee of a church is a plus
