Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm appointments for dental treatments
- Provide patients with information about treatment options, procedures, and costs
- Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork and insurance forms
- Coordinate with dental insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a dental office or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in retail math calculations for billing and payment processing
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
