Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced low income housing Property Manager with an active real estate license to oversee the operations and management of several of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of our properties, including leasing, compliance reports, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low income housing property management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Oversee the coordination of repairs and maintenance activities with vendors and contractors.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property management activities.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, prospects, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or related field.
- Must have an active Hawaii real estate license.
- Familiarity with facilities management principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

- Must pass background check and drug test.

Pay: $82,000.00 per year
