Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Retail Sales Associate & Hat Stylist to join our team in Sedona, AZ. Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized styling consultations to customers, assisting them in selecting or creating custom hat styles that suit their individual preferences, face shapes, and fashion sensibilities.
• Utilize your knowledge of fashion trends, color theory, and design principles to offer expert guidance and recommendations to customers seeking unique and stylish hats.
• Collaborate with customers to design and customize bespoke hats, incorporating their input and preferences to create one-of-a-kind pieces that exceed their expectations.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and craftsmanship, educating customers about the materials, techniques, and care instructions associated with our handmade hats.
• Create an immersive and memorable retail environment by curating visually stunning displays, arranging merchandise thoughtfully, and incorporating experiential elements that engage and delight customers.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of customer service, ensuring that each interaction is personalized, professional, and reflective of our brand values.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, organizing stockroom inventory, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
• Contribute to sales goals and performance metrics by actively promoting products, upselling accessories, and participating in promotional events or marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, fashion styling, or custom design preferred, with a demonstrated passion for high-end fashion and luxury products.
