Full description of the position

Full Job Description:
As a B2B Commercial Account Sales Representative, you will introduce Ace Hardware solutions, products, and services to business customers.
You will spend time meeting first-time and current business customers and learning their needs.
You will generate new internal leads and build relationships, connecting in the store or through personal visits and in-store workshops and events.
The duties of the B2B Champion are to be performed while demonstrating and encouraging Ace Hardware's business solutions.
The B2B Champion position is independent and requires a great deal of self-management and drive to be successful.
With this independence comes a great deal of responsibility so only the highest character individuals are considered for this position.
Proper time management is a crucial part of this self-management position.
Proper inventory management is a core component.
Communication Must have strong and effective oral and written communication skills.
Have the ability to disseminate information in a professional manner.
Must be responsive to customers and must produce timely quotes as well as product delivery.
Compliance Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Paperwork is to be accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Attendance Regular and prompt attendance is required during the weekdays.
Technology Use of computer, RF gun, Ace Specific applications, Time Clock software, email, Excel and Word.
Possess product knowledge of hardware / commercial / consumable products along with a willingness to learn.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, & customers.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee is required to walk.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Must be able to show professional respect to Store Managers and associates.

The primary focus of this position is to ensure the successful operations of Business to Business (B2B) This individual is responsible for helping grow sales and building a foundation with other businesses on the knowledge of Ace s business practices and products.
