Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Firearm Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Process customer transactions accurately per ATF / DOJ regulations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders

Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits

- Passion for firearms

- Must possess or be able to possess a Certificate of Eligibility from CA DOJ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
