Are you stuck in a position with limited income and no advancement? OKCARZ might be the answer for you! We are currently growing our team at the Brandon Florida location.

OKCARZ is a privately owned financing dealership with 9 locations in Florida and growing. With almost 200 employees between our stores, reconditioning facilities and customer service center OKCARZ is Floridas preferred but here pay here dealership group.

To be successful with our company you dont need prior automotive sales experience but must have the following characteristics to succeed:

A friendly and welcoming approach to customers and team members.

Excellent communication skills both on phone and in person

Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed everyday

Ability to work calmly and effectively

Clean driving record and valid drivers license

Desire to learn and grow with the company

Bilingual preferred but not required

Paid training while you learn our sales process and procedures, CRM system, follow up and delivery process.
