We are looking for strong customer service agents and supervisors that know how to train others to be successful through implementing great sales techniques and providing great service. As a ustomer service agents and supervisors you will be in charge of most aspects that are utilized to successfully run a locations. Those who apply should have a in depth understanding of the sales process and how to implement company techniques throughout their team. Successful managers will have the opportunity to advance their position further within the company..

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via in office, phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (multilingual skills in Spanish is required)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Sales experience is required
- Leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with customers
- Proficient in using CRM software to track customer interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 45 per week
