As a Hospice Liaison/Sales you will:

• Develop and maintain community relationships to promote hospice services.
• Serve as a resource and provide information and education to referral sources, potential referral sources, and the community.
• Meet with referring physicians and referral sources to ensure customer satisfaction, and build relationships for referrals
• Educate referral sources about available hospice services
• Meet sales target goals
• Drive and self-motivator and fast learner

• Aggressively call on physicians, case managers, Hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community referral sources, develop relationships with these individuals to become the provider of choice, become the referral source of choice.

Will train a person who has sales experience, completed a mission or journey, or Door to door sales

Other requirements include:

• Bachelors degree in Communications preferred, Management, Marketing or another related field or work experience to be equivalent.
• At least one year of home health or hospice community relations or community education experience preferred, or Health Care Sales, i.e. DME, Home Care, Facility, Pharmacy, infusion sales.
• In lieu of a degree, a candidate with three or more years of experience in sales, with some exposure to community relations will be considered.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Respecting the patients privacy and maintaining confidentiality.
• Current Nevada drivers license and automobile liability insurance is required, this is a field position
• Previous sales experience is highly desired.
• Must be able to pass a federal and state background check under NRS 449

This position reports to the Director of Business Development and Administrator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
