Description:

We are looking for motivated full time individuals seeking a fun indoor/outdoor position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Carwash Sales Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our carwash facility. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their carwash needs, handle transactions, and promote additional services to enhance their experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the sales area, restocking supplies, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive at the carwash, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate carwash package based on their vehicle's needs and preferences.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems or cash registers.
• Promote and upsell additional services such as memberships, interior cleaning, or premium wash packages to maximize sales revenue.
• Educate customers about the benefits of various carwash services and packages, answering any questions they may have.
• Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of the sales area, ensuring it is well-maintained and organized at all times.
• Restock supplies such as towels, air fresheners, and promotional materials as needed to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of customer transactions.

ALL SERVICES: HOURLY + COMMISSION PAY!! + BONUS FOR KPI GOALS

Starting compensation for this job is HOURLY PAY + WEEKLY COMMISSION + MONTHLY BONUS
