Call Center Clerk Government Accounts
The Call Center Clerk will provide administrative support to the operations of the call center.
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Salary: $18.00/hour
Location: Our office at 111 W. Jackson Blvd, Chicago, IL 60604

DAY TO DAY
- Provide administrative support to the operations of the call center
- Send professional emails, faxes, and handwritten letters to internal and external customers and clients
- Accurately enter operations data and document customer account information
- Complete legal forms and process time-sensitive, confidential information
- File, fax, scan and perform other basic office functions
- Update business information in the CUBS (Columbia Ultimate Business Systems) collections system
- Create and process reports using MS Office (primarily MS Word and MS Excel)
WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS
Must Have:
- 1 year of experience in administrative support
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Excellent, professional customer service skills and communication style
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- Must be personally motivated and goal-driven
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Have:
- Experience in a call center environment (especially in collections, sales, or marketing) is preferred
- Experience with CUBS (Columbia Ultimate Business Systems) collection system is a plus!
- Experience with government clients and accounts!
- Familiarity with the FDCPA and HIPAA preferred
