Job Responsibilities

• Data entry
• Supervise database management
• Conduct community conference calls with the sales teams
• Verify sales data is entered correctly
• Collaborate with community team members on Strategic Sales and Marketing plans
• Supervise / Approve all advertising at each community
• Promote and monitor facility social media campaigns at each community
• Assist with event planning at each community
• Talk with every community every day on census
• Report weekly on Sales and census (More frequent reporting will be required for focused communities)
• Develop and approve monthly / quarterly sales plans for every community
• Develop quarterly sales training program for Mosaic Management
• Manage the Daily Sales Report (DSR) every day.
• Recruit, hire, train sales managers in each new construction project
• Must be able to conduct webinar trainings

Goals

• Reach and maintain 100% occupancy in every community
• Increase total number of resident days in each community
• Create a culture of customer service

Travel

Primarily based in Salem, OR however travel is required 1 week per month. Currently Mosaic has communities all over Oregon, Montana, California, Arizona, Alaska, and Idaho with new construction in Washington. The Mosaic office is located in Salem, OR. This candidate will be required to office in Salem routinely.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year plus a commissions plan.
