As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the market. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales presentations and proposals
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing leads and opportunities
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
