We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and experience in customer service and inside sales. Experience with PGT windows, exterior residential and commercial door knowledge is very helpful. This position is primarily to assist customers that come into our showroom and to assist with phone sales questions.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities within the company's product line to increase sales
• Follow up with customers on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain current listings in CRM system to ensure smooth ordering process
• Reach out to customers via phone and email in an attempt to increase sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field, or equivalent training preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed goals independently as well as within a team environment
• Ability to build rapport with clients and co-workers
• PGT knowledge prefered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
