Full description of the position

Property Manager position available for a growing property management company with duties that include:

**California Real Estate license is REQUIRED**

Must have experience as a Property Manager handling a portfolio of multi-family properties. Must have a valid California Driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
Computer knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Rent Manager software a plus
Experienced Property Manager in residential and commercial property management and multi-site management skills
Must be responsible for property budgets as well as handle operational matters on a daily basis.
Must be accountable for all reporting of your portfolio.
Responsible for all marketing and leasing of your portfolio.
Establish and prioritize property needs and work with staff to ensure company goals are being met.
Oversee onsite resident managers to maintain a high occupancy level, maintain common areas and turn-over of vacant units.
Work with vendors to ensure work is complete and within budgetary guidelines.
Overseeing Property and Section 8 inspections.
Ensure delinquency reports, 3 day notices, balance due notices, deposits and rental leases are done accurately and timely.
Setting and communicating clear standards to be met with onsite managers and vendors to meet budgets at all times.
Communicating with management and owners effectively regarding any property issues.
Knowledge of material costs and purchasing a plus
Must be able to multi-task with work loads, be self motivated and be a team player.
This individual must have 3-5 years experience in overseeing multiples of properties in San Diego County
Spanish speaking preferred but not a requirement
