Sales Associate

We are currently hiring for a full time Sales Associate to join our team at our Colorado Springs, CO location.

Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers in their shopping experience. They will be responsible for answering customer questions and concerns, and working with Advance Auto Partss store management team to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Essential Functions:
Greets customers in the store, displays products, and lists available services.
Provides accurate information about products and services to customers based on customer needs and preferences.
Assists customers with placing orders and answering questions about products services.
Ensures that all paperwork required to place an order is accurate and complete.
Maintains visual inspection of merchandise to ensure that it meets store standards.
Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor, store, and office area by performing cleaning duties regularly.
Performs other duties as required by store management.
Ability to work with a team in a collaborative environment.
Ability to work with little supervision.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Education & Experience:*
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. A college degree or an equivalent degree is preferred but not required. A knowledge of computer software programs is preferred but not required. A high level of computer proficiency is desired but not required.*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.65 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
