Full description of the position

Well established luxury boutique real estate firm seeking a LICENSED real estate assistant/transaction coordinator. Ideal candidate has excellent people skills, is self-motivated, highly organized, and all around tech savvy. Position requires proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Form Simplicity and Flex MLS. Job duties include and are not limited to the following:

Florida Real Estate License REQUIRED

Real Estate Experience

Digitally savvy

Ability to work as part of a team and/or with one of the senior partners

Assisting with drafting listing agreements, contract offers, listing agreements, amendments, etc. (following through each deal from start to finish)

Interaction with clients, attorneys, vendors, etc.

Schedule and attend inspections and walk-throughs (help summarize inspections and keep all parties informed)

List and maintain properties on MLS

Assist Team by showing homes to clients

Assist with maintaining spreadsheets and data

Assist Team in handling new buyer requests and queries

At times help schedule Partners meetings and appointments

Note: Position requires some nights and some weekends. Candidate must have their own vehicle and a valid drivers license.

General Hours: Monday Friday 9:30 AM 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly + Performance bonus

Pay: $50,000 + per year
