Location: Littleton, CO
Setting and Schedule: Office setting, small team environment. M-F 8-5 or 7-4 (some flexibility)
Pay and Benefits: Starting around $22-$24/hr with benefits, and tons of career growth potential
Day to Day Duties:
- From within the office constant communion with 2 Outside Sales Representatives that are working in the Field
- Receiving emails from bid sites requesting information on quotes, client specifications, checking documentation etc. and replying in a professional manner within a timely manner
- Prioritize duties, ability to stay on task, but also adjust to daily interruptions
- Conduct outbound calls to potential concrete customers to introduce our products and services
- Read blueprints and schematics will be training to do this in this position
- Great attention to detail needed to proof Outside Sales team members documentation, math and overall professional documentations used throughout sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in need of concrete
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Utilize software tools, such as Titan, to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Candidate Background Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, education relating to communication or marketing or similar experience
- Strong business development, researching, data logging and tracking skills with the ability to identify new market opportunities
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to stay consistent doing repetitive tasks and proofing
- Good math skills will be needed to succeed in this sales role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written (lots of emails)
- Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and reporting (Titan experience helpful)
- Extroverted nature to connect with client and coworkers
- Introverted nature to settle into detailed, time sensitive, solo work
