Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to properties facing foreclosure, always maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Gather pertinent information about the property and the homeowner's situation, including mortgage details, financial status, and reasons for foreclosure.
• Educate homeowners about foreclosure processes, potential consequences, and available alternatives such as loan modifications, short sales, or other foreclosure avoidance programs.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with homeowners, establishing trust and facilitating open communication about their financial challenges.
• Maintain precise records of property visits, homeowner interactions, and collected information using our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including real estate agents, legal advisors, and financial analysts, to assess potential solutions and provide comprehensive support to homeowners.
• Implement a systematic follow-up process to track progress, address concerns, and guide homeowners through the steps required to explore foreclosure alternatives.
• Stay informed about foreclosure laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to homeowners.
