Office Assistant
Duties:
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager, providing administrative support as needed
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
