Full description of the position

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and marketing strategies
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and account management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and technological advancements

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in outside sales or business development is highly desirable
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
