Retail Sales Associate

Job Purpose:
Mission Hills boutique is seeking an experienced fashion retail PART and FULL-TIME sales associate with 1 year experience dealing with high-end clients and running the daily functions of a retail boutique. Visual Merchandising a plus!

Looking for someone who is capable enough to handle all boutique functions!

Requirements:
*Must be able to work on Saturdays & Sundays
* Must have at least 1 year of fashion RETAIL and customer relationship management experience.
*Ring up sales, keep track of inventory and filling floor with sold merchandise
* MERCHANDISING experience is a preferred. Rearranging the store's merchandise and putting together window displays
* Need someone who is organized and detail-oriented with a keen eye on visual displays.
* All daily store functions including cleaning and must be able to stand on feet for long periods and able to lift boxes.
*Able to receive inventory and fill floor with new arrivals, steaming and organizing
*Self-motivated & Enthusiastic, Friendly and Sales driven
*Ability to work flexible schedule with retail hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities

Skills:
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Basic understanding of retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 40 per week

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Ability to Relocate:

• San Diego, CA 92103: Relocate before starting work (Required)
