Job Title: Sales Representative - Cannabis Industry

Compensation: Competitive base salary + Commission pay

Sitka Northwest, Oregon's premier cannabis extracts manufacturer, is seeking ambitious

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Cultivate essential sales skills through hands-on experience and

comprehensive training.

Territory Management: Learn the ropes of managing and growing a designated territory.

Professional Representation: Attend weekly meetings and phone calls, representing the

company with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Compliance Training: Acquire in-depth knowledge of and adhere to all state, municipal, and

OLCC regulations governing the cannabis industry.

Customer Relations: Serve as a liaison for retail stores, fostering positive relationships and

understanding their needs.

Market Awareness: Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends

in the cannabis industry.

Integrity and Ethics: Operate with integrity and honesty in all business dealings.

Requirements:

Sales Enthusiasm: A strong desire to pursue a career in sales with a proven track record of goal

achievement.

Transportation: Cannidate has reliable transportation/vehicle.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and highly regulated industry.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and

internal teams.

Age Requirement: Must be 21 years old.

Regulatory Understanding: Willingness to learn and adhere to the strict regulations of the

cannabis industry.

Training and Development:

Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills

for success in the cannabis industry.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday.

Work Location:

Oregon territory, with facilities in both Portland and Salem.
