Sales Manager
**Location: Hawaii**
Are you ready to drive sales and shape the future of utility solutions in Hawaii? Ikehu Utility Solutions (IUS) is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the state. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative submetering, energy management, and billing solutions while upholding the values and standards of IUS.
Essential Functions:
1. Represent and champion IUS's cutting-edge services and products throughout Hawaii.
2. Articulate company policies clearly and ethically to all potential and existing customers.
3. Ensure timely delivery of leads and contracts.
4. Achieve sales objectives and provide accurate monthly/quarterly forecasting.
5. Maintain a robust sales pipeline, exceeding quarterly quotas.
6. Engage in cold calling and follow-up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
7. Conduct virtual online meetings and lunch and learns for clients and prospects.
8. Negotiate sales contracts while upholding IUS policies.
9. Promptly escalate any customer-related issues to leadership within the sales territory.
10. Collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver exceptional customer service.
11. Represent the company at trade association meetings.
12. Effectively manage sales funnel and update prospect and client information in CRM systems.
13. Adhere to Ikehu Utility Solutions' standards of conduct.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
This role operates in a hybrid professional office environment with regular visits to communities across the state. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and virtual meeting software will be used. A clean driving record is required.
Physical Demands:
1. Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work indoors.
2. Effective verbal and written communication with others.
3. Regular travel throughout the region.
4. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. (office supplies).
Expected Hours of Work:
Typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with additional days and hours as needed to fulfill job requirements.
