Sales Associate

We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Restocking / bagging hardware
• Estimating and processing sales orders
• Answering phone calls
• Sending company emails
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Customer interaction
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Taking inventory of materials in the warehouse
• Making detailed reports of materials being delivered and materials that need to be ordered

Skills

• No experience required ( on the job training )
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Must be able to lift up to 25-35 pounds
• Standing for long periods of time
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Basic Math skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

*Initial compensation determined by relevant work experience*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Myers, FL 33901: Relocate before starting work (Required)
