About the position and who we are looking for:

The Executive Assistant is an individual with proven talent for this role. They live in the now of daily execution. The EA has experience with providing extraordinary client care/customer service, project management/event planning, and social media content creation/video editing. They have great attention to detail. They also must have proven talent for executing on action plans - they are an implementer. The successful candidate will be organized, timely, and will take initiative. The EA will strive to create raving fans of clients, and will support the CEO to build strong relationships within our immediate service area through events and help the CEO to manage day to day tasks and communications.

The fundamental role of the EA at Bright Ideas Realty is to work side-by-side with our teams CEO/Lead Listing Agent. This critical role is a key Reputation Builder & Protector for the company. We look to this team member to take extraordinary ownership for managing our listings and assisting the CEO. This person relishes the opportunity to build relationships, manage proven processes, and provide five-star client experience. The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the growth of Bright Ideas Realty to achieve greater and greater levels of success, and to growing her/his own skills to develop into leadership roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

Amplify the success and performance of the CEO/Lead Listing Agent.. Duties included but not limited to:

  • Keep the CEO informed regarding problems or issues that have been handled or need support.
  • Manage, take initiative, and take ownership of effective systems and task completion
  • Social Media content procurement and sharing across multiple platforms with consistency and brand alignment
  • Prepare listing agent for listing appointments via confirm appointments, prepare listing documents and ensure receipt of executed agreements.
  • Five-star client care/relationship management
  • Preferred vendor/client coordination as applicable
  • Weekly accountability for meeting commitments and set goals using 4-1-1 tool
  • Schedule management - maintains CEOs calendar/schedule appointments
  • Communication management - handles email communication on behalf of CEO and prioritizes items needing attention
  • Meeting management - plans, organizes, prepares CEO and takes minutes with follow-up action items
  • Lead management - ensures accurate and complete data input to CRM plus follow-up by CEO
  • Project/Initiative Management - prepares information, data and reports for CEO
  • Manages travel for CEO and Director of Sales
  • Holistic coordination with husband/wife owner team
  • Event planning - plans, organizes, and executes on annual event plan
  • Give Back Program management - organizes, maintains relationships and executes on events/activities

Communications/Interactions

  • CEO/Lead Listing Agent - Multiple times Daily
  • Director of Operations & Growth Daily
  • Director of Sales/Co-Owner - Daily
  • Clients/Vendors - as necessary

Knowledge/Skills

  • NC Real estate license required (willing to complete post-licensing within 9 months)
  • 2-5+ years of real estate listing management, event planning and/or marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Client care experience required
  • Strong social media content management skills
  • Strong project management, follow-through, ownership, and accountability
  • Easily take initiative without direction to do what needs to get done
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and teamwork skills

Compensation

This is a salaried position with two weeks of vacation and 10 paid holidays.

Job Type: Full-time/Hybrid Environment

Salary: $40,000-45,000 plus $500/mo healthcare stipend
