The Kevin Condon Agency is looking for an MVP! As our new Insurance Sales Representative, youll be joining a fast paced, star-studded team! Bring your coachable, positive attitude to the forefront, and well help you reach your goals! Using your outstanding listening skills to get to the heart of what each client needs, youll be providing them their best coverage options, keeping them a part of our team for years to come. As our Insurance Sales Representative, youll be using your ability to quickly build rapport to support your teammates and find every opportunity to network with new clients.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales.
• Building clientele via warm leads, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Meeting business production goals and objectives as established by management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Direct Sales experience, insurance experience a plus.
• Basic proficiency of computers and technology.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to be coached and grow.
