Do you want to be an Owner? Are you a skilled Sales Representative looking for a new opportunity to showcase your abilities? Look no further than OK Tire Store & Service! We are seeking an engaging Sales Representative to join our Employee Owned team.

In this role, you will actively engage with customers, handling any needs or concerns, and promoting return business. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers both in person and over the phone, contacting customers to increase sales and profitability, and completing sales call reports as requested.

We are looking for someone who can determine customer needs and provide the best available options or alternate solutions. You will also assist Outside Sales with customers if they are out of the store, selling OK Tire Store, Inc supported products, and working with our Corporate Sales Manager and Service Manager to improve service times and increase customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new strategies. Candidates with 2-3 years of sales, service writing, and/or tire industry experience will be given strong preference.

Requirements

• Minimum Job Requirements:
• Candidates should be able to lift 25 lbs on a regular basis, as well as be able to stand, kneel, crouch, etc.
• Work will be performed primarily indoors, with minimal exposure to environmental factors.
• Candidates should be able to pass a company MVR check and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new strategies.
• Strong preference will be given to candidates with 2-3 years of sales and/or tire industry experience.
