Full description of the position

Duties:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales leadership role preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Experience with inventory management and stock control systems is a plus

Expected hours: 40 per week
