Overview:
We are a small, dynamic team growing rapidly within our current market and new markets. Since we are small, we often wear many different hats and help each other out everyday. We also often rethink and improve our processes and seek someone comfortable with change and also comfortable speaking up to take control of their process and help us learn new ways to do things!

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by accurately creating quick estimates and returning to clients. Many of our projects are small, one-day projects and so we return a lot of proposals.

Duties:
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates and work orders and return proposal on time.
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and excel to create estimates
- Build relationships with clients and seek out new opportunities through job via state portals and by working with sales
- Review contracts and identify potential risks or discrepancies
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide cost control recommendations

- Job Cost completed projects
- Prepare operations to efficiently complete projects and create happy customers!

Experience:
- Proven experience in construction estimating or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Familiarity with Bluebeam is desirable but not necessary
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Solid understanding of cost control methods in construction projects

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
