Full description of the position

We have an exciting opportunity to add a second person in our new Super Store location in the Loveland Yards (Previously the Outlets in Loveland). We have a new, nearly ten thousand sq ft store that is the largest for our product categories in Northern Colorado. We need to add to our customer service team in this location. This position will be dealing with customers via phone, email, and in person so excellent communication skills are a must! This is a support position for the lead sales person on the floor but sales of water care products, accessories, and eventually big ticket items such as Spas, Saunas, & Swim Spas will require personal selling via in person and electronic communication.

This is a full time position (part time will be considered for the right candidate) with most Saturdays required. A successful candidate will be organized and have excellent time management skills. Employees are given space to succeed and support to grow, we do not micro manage, you are expected to take on the challenge of educating and learning outside of normal on the job training. After a brief training period a commission will be paid for in store sales in addition to the hourly wage. Sales contests and bonuses for new product launches are also common.
