McBride Homes is looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our team of sales professionals!

McBride has been in business for 75+ years and has built over 35,000 homes across the St. Louis metro area. We are also the top builder in St. Louis and the state of Missouri, and are the #1 Union builder in the U.S.

Our Sales Associates take home buyers on a tour of our beautiful display homes and help them understand the floor plans and unique features available. You will keep the sales momentum going by scheduling appointments, following up on prospects, administrative tasks, and keeping the sales office organized. You will meet a variety of interesting people, and no day is ever the same. Sales Associates don't have sales goals or earn commission, however there is potential in the future to move to a commissioned Sales Consultant position for those who are interested and have demonstrated the capabilities for this role.

Requirements for the Sales Associate position include the following:

• Face-to-face customer service and/or sales experience (for example, retail sales)
• Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced listening skills
• Commitment to professionalism, including appearance and demeanor
• Must be available to work every weekend, with 2 days off between Tuesday and Thursday.
• Must be technology savvy
• Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record required
