Full description of the position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Retail Sales Representative to join our Team! The Retail Sales Representative will assist the team in the implementation of all retail activities, working closely to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new leads.

You will be the customers sole point of contact to ensure their needs are exceeded by building and fostering long-lasting, successful, and trusting relationships.

You will be responsible for:

• Interacting inside of retailers with both clients and customers.
• Assist customers through the sales process.
• Help customers daily with their purchases, sign-ups, and billing issues.
• Open customer accounts by inputting account information.
• Communicate daily about sales and customer issues.
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
• The intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
• Moderate computer and software skills for basic data entry
• Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people
• Strong presentation skills
