We specialized in Babies, Children, Women, Men Clothing & Accessories.

We are currently looking for Sales associate to join our team at Sugarlina in Ward .

As a Sales associate you will assist customers with their shopping needs. Job duties also require handling cash/transactions, merchandising and inventory needs.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, loves helping people & working
• Location: Ward(Honolulu Hawaii)

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions
• Follow and achieve departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Go the extra mile to drive sales
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the stores design)
• Must be flexible with availability
• Ability to perform under pressure & address complaints in a timely manner

Hours of Operation:

Monday: Closed, Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-8PM, Sunday 10AM-6PM

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 40 per week
