Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our restoration team. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Duties:
- Manage and develop client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or technical sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of the restoration industry is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,776.03 - $154,839.67 per year
