We are interested in focused leaders who have great communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a hunter mindset to join us as an Entry Level Outside Sales. As a Sales Professional they must project a professional appearance as they will be representing the company daily through in-person interactions with existing and potential customers. Previous sales experience preferred, but our thorough training will support you to win every day!

We are eager to provide effective training to motivated individuals. Once you complete our training program, you will become a Sales Professional essentially the CEO of your own Territory. We offer first class training with a commitment to your ongoing career development. We offer a staring rate of $50,000 to $55,500 PLUS 1% commission that transitions into uncapped earnings potential. Potential to earn up to 6 figures within the first 5 years!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must live in the greater Rochester, NY metropolitan area.
• Computer Literacy Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Ability to travel almost daily within your territory:Western NY (Greater Rochester Area).
• Relevant prior outside sales experience or recent graduate with a Sales focused degree.
• Strong negotiation and listening skills.
• Valid US driver's license
• Availalble to travel to Wisconsin for Training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
