Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and order details
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and track interactions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish is a plus
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
