Full or Part-Time Shifts Available Immediately

Up to $20 per hour based on sales experience and incentives.

Monday thru Friday - 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Monday thru Friday - 3 - 8 p.m.

Weekend Shifts Available

Youngstedt Companies, the Twin Cities Clean Car Masters, is now hiring Sales Associates at our Car Wash and Detail Center located in Chanhassen.

We are seeking friendly, outgoing, dependable and customer oriented individuals preferably with sales experience.

As a sales associate, you are the first person to interact with a customer and assess the needs of the customer by providing an optimal experience.

Sales Associates are a vital link between Youngstedts and our customers, serving as a point of contact for the customer to depend on to answer questions and provide information about the products we sell.

Responsibilities include:

• Sell wash plans, coupon books and individual washes.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers to select optimal car wash or detail service.
• Analyze customer service required and inform of all services tailored to the customer's needs.
• Monitor all customer calls, schedule detail appointments, analyze problems and ensure optimal solutions as well as follow up on all pending issues.
• Educate customers about services and promotions and convey information effectively.
