Folks...the business is changing... As Midtown evolves into Investment, Development and Construction; We need experienced Retail, Office and Industrial Brokers for our expanding Millburn Based Commercial Real Estate firm. We have the inventory, and need Brokers who can complete transactions.

Our Opportunity

We are seeking to hire experienced Leasing Brokers.

• Work on house listings that are mainly Retail in scope.
• Continually expand your business through regular contact with your existing client base as well as new client opportunities.
• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and identifying new brokerage, management, service and acquisition business.
• Manage the entirety of the transaction process from Listing to Closing.
• Actively seek new solutions and create new opportunities to drive revenue growth. We seek those who will contribute to our culture.
• A willingness to expand your knowledge and become an expert in your profession.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

• State Real Estate License required (Salesperson or Brokersalesperson).
