Position: Recruiter & Trainer - Automotive Industry

AutoStaff is a leading national automotive recruiting and training company dedicated to assisting automobile dealerships in hiring, training, and retaining top talent. We are currently expanding our team and seeking experienced recruiters/trainers to facilitate onsite recruiting campaigns across the nation.

Role Responsibilities:

- Conduct onsite recruiting campaigns for automotive dealerships nationwide.

- Utilize your extensive knowledge of retail automotive sales and management to identify and attract top talent.

- Build and maintain relationships with dealership clients to understand their unique staffing needs.

- Provide training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of recruited candidates.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail automotive sales and management.

- Willingness to travel domestically up to 40 weeks or more per year.

- Availability to depart on Sunday afternoon and return on Thursday afternoon during travel weeks.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.

Compensation:

- Estimated compensation potential of $80k to $100k or more.

- Independent contractor status with the issuance of a 1099.
