Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate specializing in PDR and Collision Repair services, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our PDR services through door-to-door sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is energetic, results-driven, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Engage with potential customers at their homes or businesses to promote and sell our PDR and Collision Repair services.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our PDR services, including benefits, features, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with potential customers.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and company.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and generating leads within the target market.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies and enhance our competitive edge.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of automotive repair services, particularly PDR and Collision Repair, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
