- Experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus.
- Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand.
- Life License
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) License + (Series 6/63/26) or (Series 7/63/24) (if not, you must have the willingness to obtain)
