Experienced Bi-Lingual Apartment Community Manager

We are a growing apartment community management company and we are hiring in the Colorado Springs area!

Our ideal will be bi-lingual English/Spanish, has 2 years of Class C properties (150+ properties), understands the power of effective marketing, easily connects with residents, can effectively explain all leasing policies and requirements, updated with current laws, must be organized, result driven, and has an open and genuine personality with a team player attitude. Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
