Full description of the position

Our Full-time Sales Associate (estimated 40 hours/week) position will expand our client outreach by developing new outreach programs as well as sending offers to past contacts and clients. The position will be responsible for many different aspects of sales and client relations including managing our contact database, developing targeted email blasts, tracking incoming inquiries, meeting clients to view spaces, viewing potential new locations among other tasks.

• You should be a Hubspot expert using it for managing contacts and other sales tools.
• Receive new inquiries and respond accordingly.
• Work with location scouts and owners to source and visit new locations for taking leases.
• Source/ qualify desirable commercial real estate spaces that are available for pop-ups.
• Develop marketing email blast schedule, design and send out emails to client list announcing new locations, upcoming availability and last minute opportunities.
• Work with social media and marketing teams to advertise availability and new opportunities for clients.
• Attend real estate conventions, Pop Up related events, etc.
• Produce and Manage Parasol marketing events, meet and greet events with partners.
• Design marketing materials

Requirements:

Hubspot expert

Experience with commercial Real Estate rentals.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite: Indesign, Photoshop. Google apps.

Mac friendly

5 days in the office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
